What is a Qualified Lead?

A qualified lead is a SAAS platform owner or decision maker, or product vendor, who has signed an agreement for our Support Agent services.

When do I get paid?

For every successful agreement signed, you get paid when your referral makes the first payment, which is due at the start of the agreement.

What if my referral cancels?

We offer CPA commissions, which means you keep your commissions even if a referral cancels later on.

How do I get paid?

All commissions are paid via PayPal.

Can I refer someone I don’t know, but have the contact details for?

This referral program is meant for connecting us with people in your network that you know personally or professionally.

Unfortunately, contact details for people you don’t know aren’t eligible for a referral commission.

Can I refer someone who already has a team?

Of course! Our agents are team players, and work great in a team!
