- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- All time off is paid.
- Each employee receives 23 days of PTO per calendar year.
- PTO includes vacation, personal days, festivals, and sick days.
- Half-day offs are considered a half-day PTO only
- Request Process:
- Requests should be submitted as soon as you know you will need PTO. We understand that emergencies occur, but last-minute notice is not the norm.
- Approval depends on workload and ensuring adequate team coverage.
- Our intention is to approve requests whenever reasonably possible.

- Leave Compensation: You may compensate for any taken leave or half-day by working on a Sunday.
- Flexible Timing: Flexible work hours are allowed, subject to prior approval from your reporting manager and depending on the nature of your work.
- Sunday Swap: Anyone working on Sunday can also opt to swap their Sunday off with a weekday, based on their preference and with approval.
The Company shall pay extra if you are working on Sunday as a regular day with a different weekly off - Night Shifts: The company shall pay extra for anyone covering night shifts as decided and communicated at the time.
